Remus just leaned into him as he spoke. Even if he wasn't the best at giving pep talks, the fact that he was listening and there with him at all made all the difference. He relaxed a bit and his free hand rubbed his back slightly.

"It's just another reminder that I don't have much of a future outside of here." He said, pressing his body against Snape's again.

He leaned up and kissed his neck again. Remus didn't want to think about leaving. He just wanted to lay there, content with lying under Severus, bare chested and rubbing against one another.
