Severus made the strangest sound as Remus grabbed for him. It wasn't a laugh...it wasn't really a giggle either. It anything, it was just the sound of happiness. Though he'd found out the day before that his mother died and that he'd have to spend half a week without Remus again, the way he felt right now was worth it.

Legs stacked together like playing cards, Severus kissed at the underside of Remus's throat and gave him a small, experimental bite at his Adam's apple.

Remus wasn't the only one excited.
