"Just Causes"
Who: Severus Snape & Remus Lupin

Tomorrow night, this place would be filled with a beast tearing at itself until his friends could arrive to keep it calm and keep it company. Tonight, there was a beast of a different sort in the room, one unnamed but just as fearful. Swallowing, it was all that Severus could do to clean up as bit before Remus's mouth was on him again.

He laughed. Laughed. Mostly this was directed at himself for being so pathetically stupid. All this time he could have been with Remus and instead, they had left each other feeling miserable over misunderstandings.

Severus was quiet. Where they were going to do, he wasn't quite sure but he wanted to find out!

Severus shuddered himself, hardly thinking it to be too odd of having a shared experience like this even when his pants were on and the friction of grinding against Remus's hip hadn't been intense enough to warrant his own orgasm.

Heart pounding right out of his chest, the Slytherin ignored the mess that had bubbled over his hand and the one residing in his pants as he pulled back and blinked down at Remus.

The werewolf had the strangest look to him and Severus's eyebrows knitted up on his forehead. He knew he'd done adequately, but that look was almost too brilliant to disturb. He wiped his hand on the sheet and pressed his face to Remus's throat.

He'd collapsed back into the bed when it was over. Remus couldn't move. His whole body had turned into pudding and would outright revolt should Remus even try. All he could feel was his heart still racing.

The sixteen year old had never experienced anything like that. Sure, a few wank sessions that were pretty good, but nothing that was ever that intense or pure before. He leaned his face against Severus' throat trying to regain his senses, not that it was really working.

The smile on his face was like none other. But then he realized that it would be rather selfish of him if he were the only one to finish, clearly not knowing the intensity of his own emotions and how well Severus absorbed them. "D-did you?" He whispered, not wanting to ruin the tranquility of the moment.

It was a bit embarrassing to admit, but magic had funny ways of expelling itself and Severus was well aware of that. He didn't smile, not because he was upset, or angry, or confused, just because he was tired. All of this was so very draining in best way imaginable. He'd hardly complain about it.

"Mmm, yes," he managed to vocalize, arm across Remus's shoulders and legs laced with his. He could sleep here, just like this.

Even if it was impossibly dangerous.

To say he was happy would be an understatement. Remus laid there and as long as Severus didn't move, he didn't want to either. He let out a yawn, now feeling his own exhaustion. He swallowed sharply and wrapped his arms around Severus holding him close.

The sensible side of him knew that it was chancing a lot. The Marauders may stay up for him, waiting for him to come back from the detention pissed off. If that was the case, they might pull out the Marauders Map and look for him and possibly Snape. And when they both appeared off the map -- that wouldn't bode well. However they may have been incredibly arrogant about getting out of detention and have gone to bed without even thinking of Remus, just glad they weren't in his shoes.

Regardless of which scenario played out, Remus was a light sleeper. Should anything happen, he'd hear them when they came up from the passageway. Remus was the most content he'd ever been and he didn't want to end it.
